Our Lifetime Peace of Mind Warranty ensures your purchase remains protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Defects

Our Lifetime Warranty covers repairs or replacement of the product at our discretion in the event of manufacturing defects. The warranty applies exclusively to original, unmodified, and unaltered items and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Components and Workmanship

We provide lifetime coverage against components and workmanship issues that impact the operational performance of your digital night vision device under normal usage conditions.

Lifetime Lens Replacement Benefit

Additionally, as part of our commitment to your satisfaction, your Lifetime Peace of Mind Warranty includes a one-time lens replacement benefit, valid throughout the product’s lifetime. If your lens becomes damaged during normal gameplay at any point, please contact our support team at support@nitesights.com, providing your proof of purchase, a description of the incident, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged lens.

We will evaluate the returned lens to verify eligibility. Upon approval, we’ll provide you with a replacement lens at no extra cost. This benefit covers normal gameplay incidents and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, intentional alterations, or any scenario beyond intended usage.

(Note: This lifetime lens replacement benefit extends and replaces any previous lens replacement coverage.)

What the Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal Wear and Tear

The Lifetime Peace of Mind Warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use, such as scratches, dents, fading, and cosmetic damage.

Accidental Damage

Any damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or maintenance, or product modifications will result in the warranty becoming void.

Lost or Stolen Items

This warranty does not extend to cover loss or theft of the product.

Damage from External Causes

This warranty does not provide coverage for damage caused by external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, and other natural occurrences.

Warranty Service

Claim Process

To activate warranty service or initiate a lens replacement claim, please contact our customer service department at support@nitesights.com, providing your purchase details along with a clear description of the issue. We may request additional evidence of purchase and photographs of the defect or damage for further evaluation.

Assessment

We reserve the right to inspect the product or damaged lens to assess warranty eligibility. If the issue is determined to be covered, we will proceed with repair or replacement accordingly.

Repair or Replacement

We strive to fix any defective units whenever possible. If a repair is not viable, we will offer a replacement unit, which may be refurbished or new, at our discretion. For approved lens replacement claims, we will replace the damaged lens with a new one.

Shipping Costs

Customers are accountable for shipping expenses when returning products or damaged lenses to our facility. NITESIGHTS will cover the return shipping fees for repaired or replaced units.

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any legal theory, even if we have advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This warranty grants specific legal rights and may also vary in jurisdiction. The terms of the warranty are subject to the laws of the country where the product was purchased.

Changes to the Warranty

We reserve the right to modify this warranty at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
