Our shipping insurance provides extensive protection for your digital night vision device while in transit, safeguarding your valuable investment from dispatch to delivery. This policy specifies the terms and conditions for the coverage, including detailed information on claims, exclusions, and limitations.

Coverage

Loss or Damage

When shipping insurance is purchased, the digital night vision device will be fully covered for any loss or damage that may occur while it is being transported from our warehouse to the delivery address.

Carrier Mishandling

Provides coverage for any direct damage caused by mishandling from the carrier.

Theft

Protects against package theft from shipment to delivery with proof of theft through filing a police report.

Claim Procedure

Reporting

To file a claim for loss, please report it within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date to our customer service team. For damage claims, please report within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Documentation

Customers may need to offer evidence of damage or loss, like images of items and packaging, or a police report if theft occurs.

Resolution

Claims that are found to be valid will be handled by either replacing the damaged or lost item at no extra charge to the customer, or by refunding the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions

Improper Packaging

Claims for items damaged due to improper packaging by the customer are not covered.

Incorrect Address

Losses due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not covered.

Uninsurable Items

Certain conditions or types of damage my be deemed uninsurable, including but not limited to cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device, and damage due to natural disasters.

Limitations

Deductible

A deductible may be required for shipping insurance claims. The specific amount will be indicated upon purchase.

Claim Limit

The maximum claim value will not surpass the insured item's purchase price.

Time Limit for Claims

All claims must be submitted within the designated time period from the delivery date or expected delivery date in the case of missing items.

Governing Law

The governing laws for this shipping insurance policy are based on the country where the product was purchased. Any disputes concerning this policy will be resolved in line with those laws.
